2. Likely to infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
3. Illegal or violate any law in force
4. Threatening or harassing
5. Obscene, gory, or contain any kind of pornography
6. Excessively violent or prompting harm to self or others
7. Content that qualifies as phishing or spam or that might abuse or present a security threat to Batch NFT Generator.

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Ranchi.
